Scott E. Miller lives in Grand Island, Nebraska. A retired middle school Language Arts teacher, one of his many interests is that of Nebraska history. A goal of his to present Nebraska's pasty to students of all ages. His young adult novels Beneath a Prairie Sky and Beyond the Prairie Sunset , as well as his Prairie Disaster Series are set in Nebraska's past. He's also written a number of Nebraska themed picture books, including Growing Up Series and a three volume Wild Nebraska Alphabet.
When not writing, Scott volunteers his time with the local Fine Arts Community, traveling, gardening and spending time with the family, He lives with his wife Julie, a published author with Harlequin, Inc and their two part poodle mixes who "supervise" their writing.
